All current internet sales of FR® products if they bear the name are counterfeits and under investigation by FREDERIC REMINGTON® in conjunction with federal criminal enforcement authorities at this time, and planned state and regional authorities for further seizures, investigation and prosecution of all counterfeiters, traffickers and pass through countries or their entities there and domestic to the United States. The Department Of Commerce-USPTO External Enforcement Unit www.stopfakes.gov and Homeland Security’s IP Enforcement Branch, Washington D.C. in answer to the Presidents demand for tireless and vigorous enforcement is in full swing. This process requires careful preparation and documentation, please help do your part for our troops, your sons and daughters or your neighbors sons and daughters in harms way. The epidemic in counterfeiting American federally registered trademark products, then utilizing the illegal sales to generate funds to buy weapons to kill or maim our young troops is treasonous, and FR® is taking a stand, you the buying public is invited here and now to stand with us.

Due to this epidemic in counterfeiters lucrative (more so than drugs today) selling American counterfeited trademark goods and their American willing counterparts then channeling the huge revenue streams to countries and enemy factions unfriendly to the people and citizens of United States, such as the dumping of Chinese (among an epidemic of others) counterfeited American registered and “famous” trademarked goods.

HELP IS ON THE WAY

Should you the buying public encounter any flatwork (painting or such paper, canvas, or otherwise art product of any description) or statue (bronze sculpture) bearing the name FREDERIC REMINGTON® on it or affixed to it in any form with or without words added, but NOT having the federally registered ® and federal registration number 1941902. YOU HAVE BEEN SOLD COUNTERFEIT GOODS.

WHAT TO DO

1. Report your counterfeit purchase immediately.
2. Report that you have been defrauded.
3. Report by whom you were defrauded.
4. Provide both the IP Enforcement Branch in Washington, D. C. and FREDERIC RENMINGTON® a copy of your receipt: info@remingtonart.org
5. By reporting the name of the store, wholesaler, or internet vender from which you made your purchase to the Foundation.

The foundation will then provide the office the FR® USPTO Federal Registration No.1941902, with your complaint information and describe to them the counterfeit product you were sold, with formal request the office add your complaint to the existing FR® counterfeit products prosecution enforcement file involving current IP Enforcement Branch FR® criminal counterfeiting investigations and prosecutions already underway.

EASY TO MONITOR

Victims who report and provide receipts may watch the papers, internet, and national news for developments in the cases against the counterfeiters and retail counterfeit traffickers having sold you counterfeit FR® product. We are working with enforcement authorities to have your complaints collected against by those same prosecuting authorities. Just as in the news of recent Citi-Comp’s 2 billion dollar settlement or the Bristol-Meyers 300 million dollar settlement for crimes settled by prosecution authorities through assessed fines and penalties collected to reimburse those potentionally criminally wronged, the victims, the public.

NOTE [Of the $2 Billion in Citi-Comp criminal settlement fines and penalties assessed, only 13 million was collected in behalf of the costs to collect, i.e., prosecution expense, whereas the entire balance of the $2 billion was then moved for disbursement to the victims, the public.]

REMEMBER Lodge your complaint providing copy of your receipt to both Home Land Security and FR® we sincerely wish to see you reimbursed treble and potentially granted further monetary damages (punitive damages) simply meaning punishment for the counterfeiters/traffickers crimes in addition to the purchase price of the art object or other counterfeit FR® product in any form sold to you. This is legally know as deceit of the buying public.
